When will my order be shipped?

Domestic orders will usually take 1-3 days to be shipped, but may take longer depending on the day of the week. International orders can take anywhere from a day to a week to be shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Domestic orders will usually arrive around 1-5 days after being shipped, while international orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is subject to change depending on the season, the method of shipping picked, and/or weather. If your package still hasn't arrived after the estimated dates, please contact me so I can help you out!

What drawing program do you use?

I mostly use Clip Studio Paint EX, but for simpler or quicker designs I use Ibis Paint X!

Manufacturers

What manufacturers do you use?

I mostly jump around from manufacturer to manufacturer just to find one that suits me best. Vograce is usually a go-to for simple acrylic products, but for things like bags and more complex stuff, I use various manufacturers from Alibaba.
